Kristi Agos started dancing at the age of three at Stewart Johnson Dance Academy. Under the guidance of Isobel Johnson, Sandi Moore, and Kim Spolotino, she trained in tap, jazz, ballet, point, lyrical, and hip hop. Kristi competed in both regional and national dance competitions/conventions with both group dances and as a soloist. Kristi has won numerous awards including first runner up Miss Dance of Pennsylvania DMA Chapter 25, Senior Outstanding Dancer for New York City Dance Alliance, and Miss Headliner. Kristi auditioned for the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders. Out of the thousands of contestants that tried out, she made it to the final cut of the top 50 girls. Kristi has also been a dancer for the company, All Around Entertainment.
Kristi has been a student assistant at the dance studio since the age of 12 and started teaching dance at Stewart Jonson after graduation. She has recently graduated Cum Lade from The College of New Jersey with a double major in Elementary Education and Psychology. She now teaches second grade at Morgan Elementary School in Hamilton and coaches the dance team at Nottingham High School. Kristi has combined her love of teaching and dance and hopes to inspire her students to follow their passions in life. |
